I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, and coaching for adults.

 

We begin with an initial intake session, where we’ll explore your concerns, goals, background, and what’s bringing you to therapy. This is also a chance for you to get a sense of how I work and ask any questions. The intake session is typically 60 minutes, and ongoing sessions are 45 minutes on a weekly basis.

 

As we continue working together, I aim to help you develop a deeper understanding of the connection between your past and present—how your thoughts, emotions, and patterns have formed, and how they show up in your life today. My approach integrates humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, relational, strengths-basedmulticultural, and mindfulness perspectives.

 

We’ll collaborate to create a treatment plan that reflects your goals, and adjust it as your needs evolve.

 

Over time, therapy can help you feel more aligned with your values, gain insight into yourself and your relationships, and develop tools to navigate challenges more effectively. Many people find that this process leads to a greater sense of clarity, freedom, and purpose.
